mr2v is an old fart who started playing with mp3s at an age most people should be looking to put their kids through college. But he built the early subscription-based and royalty paying mp3 sites on the net- Audiodiner and Noisebox.com. Then he went to work with the Sonique team, keeping them from building stuff absolutley no one could use and filling their site with music. Once the team got to Lycos, mr2v didn't find favor in the corporate lifestyle- or the reality of working for a company with a lame dog as the mascot- so he bailed (read: got himself canned).

Now he runs mp3.tv for fun, is starting noisebox.tv (a tech news spoof site), and consults for a few startups in SanFran. Which means, he really doesn't know what he is doing.
